The only way to get into the 'MySpace' search is to develop a 'MySpace' page or to search while selecting 'Web' in the dropdown box next to the 'MySpace' search box. 'MySpace' is a closed environment that only searches through itself to suit its massive following.

Best advice, if it's that important to you: Develop a page, customize it with great content and outbound links, and then forget about it. Of course you'll have to stop in every once in a while to make sure your work is still there; but other than that, you'll show up forever afterwards, but only as a single instance.
