I have never used web design software before and I am looking for some advice. I wish to build a business to business site that will require user name/password, high security, large file transfers and a database to present data in various forms. I am not affraid to learn but I need a good starting point. I cannot afford to hire someone to design it for me so I am on my own. Can anyone recommend the best design software to help me to do this?
