I work for a company that does market research and sometimes we look for Web Designers to participate in intervews over the telephone. They usually last an hour. I am trying to figure out what would be a proper incentive ($150 for example for an hour?) and what is the likelihood I could find designers to participate.

I appreciate any insights you could provide.
