A good website has easy access to the information you are looking for. .. that's an individual preference, but nobody likes having to click ten times to get aadress. Make it simple. The more complex you make it the worse it is.

It is called web usability. You can find about that on many web sites. It`s author is Jakob Nielsen. You can search with his name on Search Engines, and you`ll find some relevant information about it.
